Leadership Coach

Job Description:

1. A person will be required to coach senior management executives (Chairman, MD, CEO etc.).
2. He or she will be deputed on live assignment, after proper onboarding with the client.
3. He or she will be required to deliver the results as per client’s expectations.

Job Requirements:

1. A person should have experience of at least five years as Coach.
2. A person must have undergone any certification on Coaching, preferably from IIM or ICF.
3. A person will be required to give consent for Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Non-Competing Agreement to maintain sanctity of client, and long term professional association.
