Introduction

Any organisation needs leaders who can see the bigger picture, think and act strategically. It is not just about doing right things – it’s about recognizing today’s needs and aligning them with future goals.

TheLearningLeaders program is an experience for leaders at top, which provide opportunity to hone their strategic leadership competencies, to prepare roadmap to inculcate culture of leadership development, and to help them design blueprint for sustainable organisation growth.

Over a period of 6 months, participants will engage in solution-centric discussions, interact with fellow participants about their challenges and offer them probable solutions, and co-learn for the betterment of everyone’s organisation.

  • Preparatory Exercise

    Prior to attending the program, the participants will undergo Organisation Assessment – which will help them to identify challenges at different levels. This will help them to engage during the program. Participants will also be facilitated to identify a Strategic Leadership Challenge, which will help them to customize learning opportunity throughout the program.

  • Learning Experiences

    The fundamental learning will be facilitated by Leadership Coaching. The powerful conversation technique will provide reflections through interaction and thought-provoking discussions.Reflections by Peers will provide new perspective to existing challenges, and provide you fresh outlook to organization’s issues and their solutions.

  • GC Alumni Access

    Upon completion of the program, participants will have access to ongoing engagement and support activities through our Growth Catalyst exclusive alumni community.

  • Gain Clarity and Focus
