Organisations do not operate in isolation. Every organisation has to continuously interact with its environment to balance the internal environment and the mega or external environment. To adapt the changing environment and to remain competitive, each organisation needs to develop culture of high performance. 

Organisation parameters like language, spoken-unspoken-written-unwritten operational practices, respect for each other, result orientation, organisation loyalty, selfish to selfless approach, feedback or feedforward approach for problem solving etc. make or break the organisation short term and long term outcome.


The program helps participants to understand importance of healthy culture, processes and practices leading to culture of high performance, and prepare them to build road map for developing culture of high performance in the organisation.

Program Content

This program covers soft and hard aspects of organisation culture, aspects like process-orientation, result-orientation, job-orientation, employee-orientation, professional and parochial approach, open and close system, tightly-loosely control mechanism, and pragmatic and normative management style.

This program takes eighteen to twenty hours, which can be conducted over three to seven days.

Lead Facilitator’s Profile

The program will primarily be facilitated by Dr. Shital Badshah.

Dr. Shital Badshah is a Leadership Coach, OD Interventionist and certified trainer with two decades of experience.

He completed graduation from LD College of Engineering, and Post Graduation in Management. He pursued PhD under the guidance of Dr. DM Pestonjee (Retd Professor of IIM Ahmedabad) on “Impact of Leadership Styles on Organisation Performance”.

He underwent certification program on Senior Leadership Coaching from IIM Bangalore.

He has successful executed many assignments in above fields and coached many successful entrepreneurs. His unique unconventional methods helps individuals to BREAKTHROUGH and take their professional lives to another level.
