Organisations do not operate in isolation. Every organisation has to continuously interact with its environment to balance the internal environment and the mega or external environment. To adapt the changing environment and to remain competitive, each organisation needs to develop culture of high performance. 

Organisation parameters like language, spoken-unspoken-written-unwritten operational practices, respect for each other, result orientation, organisation loyalty, selfish to selfless approach, feedback or feedforward approach for problem solving etc. make or break the organisation short term and long term outcome.
